We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, please read the following carefully:
Returns must be received by us within 14 days from the date of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if this period has passed.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, in the same condition as when received and with original packaging with our anti-return ribbons attached. Items showing any signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for a refund.
Sale items are non-refundable. If unsuitable, they may be exchanged only.
We do not currently offer free returns. You are responsible for the cost of your return. If you’d like to return an item, please email us at contact@averyactivewear.com before sending anything back. In your email, include your order number, full name, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we’ll provide the return instructions and next steps. Please note that returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
In the event we do not receive your return, we require your proof of postage in the form of a receipt, with tracking included. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if this is unable to be provided.
Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed and the refund to appear in your account, once the item has been received and inspected.
