When will my order ship?

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer international shipping. We only ship within the UK at this time.
Can I track my order?
Yes, absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can monitor its progress.
How do I know what size to order?
Each of our product's include a size guide on the product pages, showing measurements taken from the garment laid flat - this means the item is measured across key points while lying on a flat surface. An illustration is also provided to help you visualise exactly where each measurement is taken.
Is your activewear true to size?
Yes, our activewear is true to size. However, please note that some of our sports bras are designed with a micro fit, offering minimal coverage. We recommend checking the size guide under each product for exact flat-lay measurements and fit details.
What if I’m between sizes?
If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Be sure to check the size guide under each product for detailed measurements to help you decide.
What is your return policy?
Returns must be received by us within 14 days from the date of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if this period has passed. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, in the same condition as when received and with original packaging with our anti-return labels attached. Items showing any signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for a refund. Please see our Refund/ Return Policy for more information.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?

How do I start a return?
If you’d like to return an item, please email us at contact@averyactivewear.com before sending anything back. In your email, include your order number, full name, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we’ll provide the return instructions and next steps. How should I wash and care for my activewear?
To keep your activewear looking and performing its best, we recommend hand washing whenever possible. If using a washing machine, choose a gentle cycle at 30°C max and wash colours separately. Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can affect the fabric’s stretch and moisture-wicking properties. Do not tumble dry or iron your items - instead, air dry them to help maintain their shape, fit, and quality.
Do your products shrink or stretch over time?
Our products are created from high-quality, durable materials designed to maintain their shape. With proper care-following our washing and drying instructions—they should not shrink or stretch significantly over time, helping you enjoy a consistent fit.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
